Bellevue Prayer Vigil for LIFE. Bellevue Prayer Vigil for Life is based on “40 Days for Life”. Our goal is to encourage peaceful prayer on the sidewalk outside the Bellevue Planned Parenthood. The purpose of this website is to provide more information, resources, and scheduling service.
